Pricing questions
What do I get on the free plan?
All of it — label scanning, ratings, voice notes, Ask Vinote, Palate Profile, search and share links. You can log 10 wines and ask Vinote 20 questions, and the app is clear about where you are as you go.
What does Premium add?
Unlimited access. Premium takes the caps off — as many wines as you like, and Ask Vinote whenever you want it. No feature is held back for it; it's the same app, without a finish line.
Monthly or annual?
Both, at whatever your store shows in your own currency. Annual is the cheaper way to do it; monthly is the easier way to try it.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store or Play Store subscription settings — the same place you'd cancel anything else. Premium runs to the end of the period you've paid for. You can restore a purchase on a new phone from the subscription screen.
What happens to my wines if I stop?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you've logged stays readable, searchable and shareable — you're simply back to the free plan for adding new ones. If you'd rather leave altogether, you can delete your account and its data outright.
